• 1. Original Passport and old passport if any (with a period of validity at least 6 months)
• 2. Copies of old passport and visas (if available)
• 3. Two recent passport-size photograph in colour with white background (35 mm X 45mm)
• 4. Original Personnel bank statement showing transactions in the last six months with sufficient balance duly stamped and signature by the bank authorized person.
• 5. Income Tax Returns or Form 16 for the last 3 years
• If Employee
• 1. Salary certificate of the last three (3) months of current occupation,
• 2. NOC or Leave sanction letter from current employer.
• If Self Employed
• 1. GST certificate
• 2. Updated company bank statement for the last 6 months.
• 3. Company income tax returns for the last 3 years.
• 4. Covering letter on company letterhead with stamped and sign.
• If Student
• 1. Student ID card
• 2. Birth Certificate
• If Retired
• 1. Retirement Proof
• If Business trip
• 1. Invitation letter from Visiting organisation.
• 2. Sponsorship letter from working organisation

• Define the purpose of trip, if it is business or tourism.
• Understand for the documentation from our Visa Team.
• Arrange document as per the checklist.
• Jmt Team will prepare Visa documentation and handover for submission.
• Document will be submitted as per the schedule of Visa Appointment.
• After a said processing time, the applicant will receive notification from VFS / Embassy for Collection of Passport
• The applicant or JMT Team will collect the passport.
• Once passport collected, Visa will be handed over to the applicant.

Visa Services - Terms & Conditions

1. Visa is approved by Embassy.

2. There is no any role of JMT in approval process.

3. Visa fee & Service charge are non refundbale in case of visa approval or deny.

4. If it is not necessary then please do not call outside office hours, you can message on WhatsApp, Visa team will reply accordingly, and the office time is 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

5. Please provide your documents two days before your appointments. If you do not share then we will not be responsible for your visa refusal or any service delay.

6. Please Provide all the documents that is mentioned on the checklist if you do not do so JMT will not be responsible for visa refusal or documents submission again in embassy.

7. Whatever documents and details we are giving you for checking, please check them once, if you do not do so then we will not be responsible for your visa refusal or any problem.

8. After submission of documents in Embassy or VFS, if Embassy or VFS ask for more documentation, JMT team will collect the same and submit it in Embassy or VFS. This will be on extra cost.
